I just paid my bill. Why do I have another payment date in the same month?

Some customers may find it difficult to pay their monthly installments in one go, so we decided to split the total monthly payment into bi-monthly installments.

You can pay the total amount in one-go if you prefer to. Just make sure you’re not skipping a payment date to avoid penalties.

What happens if I don’t pay my loan on time?

Paying on time improves your credit score and standing with money lenders. This will come in handy if you need to apply for new loan. Most importantly, you avoid paying penalties and interest charges.

If you think you can’t pay your due amount on time, you can contact us and request for a prolongation. This will give you five more days to pay your dues, with a ₱200 peso charge.

Don’t worry! If you forget that your payments are coming up, our dedicated Collection Specialists will call you to remind you about your due date, the amount due, and where you can conveniently settle your due payments. Rest assured, our specialists are friendly and will help you in any way they can to pay your loans with the least possible penalties.

If you need assistance about your Lazada loans online, payment terms, complaints, and other UnaPay services, contact us at care@unapay.com.ph.

What is a PN number?

The PN (promissory note) number serves as your account number, which you will use to inquire about your loan and amortization. You will find your PN number in your loan documents (amortization schedule, disclosure statement, general terms and conditions, and promissory note) that we sent through email during your application.

When making a payment through our online channels, you will need the PN number to generate the reference code, which you will then use to make your payments. This allows us to check your payment status real-time.

If you can't access your loan documents, you may contact us through our official Facebook page at Facebook.com/Unapay for real-time assistance.

Can I convert my Lazada credits to cash?

This is a question our customers commonly ask through our social media channels. Lazada’s app has no official feature enabling you to convert Lazada credits to cash. So does UnaPay, since your loan amount is credited straight to your Lazada wallet.

Simply put, you can’t convert your Lazada credits to cash.

Third-party conversion

There are some who offer the services to convert your Lazada credits to cash. However, these services charge a conversion fee of around 20% to 30%.

We’ve also received reports about conversion scams. The modus is simple: someone offering conversion services will ask you to transfer your Lazada credits to their wallets. Once they receive your credits, you will be immediately blocked. Sometimes, these individuals will even introduce themselves as UnaPay representatives.

Please remember that UnaPay will never communicate with you through unofficial Facebook accounts. Most importantly, UnaPay does not offer conversion services for Lazada credits.
