After submitting your application, do not close or refresh your browser. Give us some time to go over the documents you sent and validate the information you gave us.

You can repay your installments at any payment partner below:
- via online bank transfer

I just paid by bill. Why do I have another payment date in the same month?
Some customers may find it difficult to pay their monthly installments in one go, so we decided to split the total monthly payment into a bi-monthly installment. This allows our customers to pay less in each cut off.
If you want to pay the total amount in one payment, you are welcome to do so. Just make sure you’re not skipping one payment date to avoid penalties.
What will happen if I don’t pay my loan on time?
Paying your loan installments on time will not only save you the stress of dealing with regular collection calls, but it also improves your credit score and standing with money lenders.
This will come in handy when you need to apply for another Lazada loan later on. Most importantly, you avoid paying more money because you can avoid penalties, such as late charges and interest charges.
In worse cases where outstanding payments are not settled, customers can be sued for not paying their bills. Paying your bills on time will prevent you from facing civil/criminal charges based on delayed dues.
When you feel like you can’t pay your due amount on time, you may contact us and request for prolongation. This will give you 5 more days to pay your dues, with a ₱200 peso charge. This is better than paying ₱800 for delayed payments.
Don’t worry! If you forget that your payments are coming up, our dedicated Collection Specialists will call you to remind you about your due date, the amount due, and guide you where you can conveniently settle your due payments. We aim to help you avoid penalties and piling up charges so you can have a hassle-free experience with UnaPay.
Our Collection Specialists can also be assertive. They can also be a bit pushy sometimes. But rest assured that our Collections Team are friendly and will help you in anyway they can to find ways to pay your loans with the least possible penalties. Threats and defamation is unacceptable.
What is a PN number and why is it important?
The PN (Promissory Note) number serves as your account number, which you will be using to make inquiries about your loan and amortization. You will find your PN number on your loan documents (Amortization Schedule, Disclosure Statement, General Terms and Condition and Promissory Note) that we have sent through email during your application.
When making a payment through our online channels, you will need it to generate the reference code, which you will use to make your payments. This allows us to check your payment status real-time, instead of waiting for the payment channel to post your payment, which takes an average of 2-3 days after you made your payment.
This causes problems among customers because their payments are tagged late, despite actually paying on time.
If you can't access your loan documents, you may contact us on our official Facebook page at Facebook.com/Unapay for real-time assistance.
How to convert my Lazada Loan credentials to cash?
This is a question our customers commonly ask through our social media channels. Lazada’s app has no official feature enabling you to convert Lazada wallet credits to cash. So does UnaPay, since your loan amount is credited straight to your Lazada wallet.
Simply put, you can’t convert your Lazada Loan to cash.
Third Party Conversion
There are some who offer the services to convert your Lazada wallet credits to cash. However, these services charge around 20% to 30% conversion fee. That’s huge! If you want to convert P10,000, for example, you’ll be paying P2,000 to P3,000 conversion fees. Imagine what other discounted items you can get from Lazada with P3,000 instead of paying the conversion fees.
And let’s not forget about scams widespread online. We’ve received reports from our customers who were scammed by these individuals. The modus is simple. Someone offering conversion services will ask you to transfer your Lazada credits to their wallets. Once they receive your credits, you will be immediately blocked. And your Lazada credits, gone.
Sometimes, these individuals will even introduce themselves as UnaPay representatives, offering to convert your Lazada credits to cash. Please remember that UnaPay will never communicate with you through unofficial Facebook accounts. Most importantly, UnaPay does not offer conversion services for Lazada credits.
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMS! Never let anyone convince you to transfer your Lazada credits to their account with the promise of giving them back. Even when their offers are very tempting.
Just enjoy your Lazada credits buying discounted items from Lazada. Happy shopping!
